Right in the heart of Bognor Regis Town there used to be a McDonald’s.now this was a McDonald’s that like many other towns had their people that would meet around the front of it and will be open all hours. it would serve all the usual stuff however. This wasn’t enough for the huge corporate
that is McDonald’s, who decided to take the restaurant out of Bognor Regis and it’s place was empty for a little while
But now the site that was formerly the restaurant has been brought up and is being developed at the moment it is the smallest coffee shop and bar in Europe and it’s called “the tank”
There is a lot of work going on at the tank to make it a venue for all sorts
of things for all kinds of people but initially it’s a coffee shop that seats no more than about 4 or 5 people and it’s friendly and it’s good and it’s quality coffee and it’s nice. I personally as a resident of Bognor Regis wish the owner or the very very best luck in getting it off the ground I’ve used it a couple of times, the coffee is good,doughnuts are gorgeous and it’s such a nice place to go if you are in town whilst on holiday
